Common mold-based concrete construction, while controllable and mass-producible, faces issues of fixed shapes, template waste, labor intensity, and high cost. To address these challenges, we propose a prestressed fabric concrete structure that allows for more flexible forms and load transfer without extensive scaffolding, leading to self-stabilizing and self-balancing designs. In this project, we designed and constructed a concrete structure. We perform mechanical simulations using Kangaroo and optimize the concrete surface segmentation method through genetic algorithms, while employing Karamba 3D for material utilization and structural performance analysis. The concrete structure utilizes side beams to secure the wire mesh structure, with concrete applied over the wire mesh. By adjusting the shape of the side beams and wire mesh structure, prestress is introduced to the concrete structure, enhancing its tensile strength and reducing cracking in the tensile zone.
